If the manual for your projector is not available, by comparing below, you may be able to find a model which is close enough to yours, that you may be able to use that models manual to answer your questions.
An example: We have the GRAPHICS 800 Service Manual, we do Not have the DATA 800 or Any 500 Service Manual..They All have the same chassis,and most parts.Difference between the 500 and 800 (Data-Data OR Graphic-Graphic) is the CRTs, tube size and lenses are different.
Between the 500/800 Graphic and 500/800 Data there are a few differences..But otherwise they are identical.Comparing Barcos Parts Data, there are 5 circuit board differences. 2 of them are upgrades to the Graphic model,so they would only be applicable on the Graphic..The Data model simply does not have these boards. Also the model number on the controller is different, but this exact controller is used on about 12 models..The model number is different because of the firmware,not hardware.
The main difference between Data and Graphic models are the Horizontal,Vertical Def Boards, and the SMP. If these are part of your problem, substituting manuals won't help.
For most other cases, the Data-Graphic, 800-500 are close enough that you could use one manual for the other.There are similarities and differences in other models,also.
